Breaking Generational Curses: The Pain and Power of a Chosen One

Breaking Generational Curses: The Pain and Power of a Chosen One

By Mukadam Habeebullah Adeniyi Olukolu-ZB Abolade (Double Prince)

Every family or nation has some kind of problem that has been passed down from generation to generation. These problems are often called "generational curses." They might show up as poverty, sickness, broken homes, or even spiritual struggles.

Sometimes, God sends someone "a messiah to break these curses".
But that person will face many challenges.

Why Is It So Hard?

Because some people are secretly enjoying the benefits of that curse. They’ve built their lives on the pain and confusion it brings. So, when someone stands up to break the curse, they feel threatened and may fight back , spiritually or even physically.

> Qur’an – Surah Ar-Ra’d (13:11):
“Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”

> Bible – Ezekiel 18:2-3:
“The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge... This saying will no longer be used.”

These scriptures show that God can break cycles — but only when someone is ready to change and take action.

Don’t Walk Alone

No one can break a generational curse alone. Even Prophet Musa (Moses) asked God for help:

> Qur’an – Surah Taha (20:29-32):
“Appoint for me a helper from my family — Aaron, my brother.”

You need wise and sincere people around you — people who believe in your mission and will help carry the burden. Choose carefully. Not everyone is meant to go with you.

> Sufi Wisdom – Sheikh Ahmad Tijani (RA):
“If you want to fix a community, first fix your heart and find those who are sincere. You can’t walk this path alone.

A Personal Cry (09/04/2025)

Today, I feel the weight of this battle. I’m walking into spiritual war.

> “O God of all the Black Angels, I seek Your help as I step onto this battlefield.”
“Ogun ni ma sini ja, Epe kin sini mu”

This is not just my fight. It’s a calling. And I believe others like me are out there — chosen ones, rising to break the curses in their bloodlines.

Are You Going Through the Same Thing?

If this message speaks to you, let’s talk. You’re not alone.
I’ve been there. Maybe I can help.

With prayers and wisdom,
