Understanding the True Meaning of ALFA

"Show me your ALFA, and I will tell you who you are and what you can become for Islam and society."

Ilorin the Great and Holy City! 

A place of deep spiritual significance, where my faith found refuge, and my knowledge was enriched. It became my first Garu irahi (Sacred Cave), the city that embraced my spirituality and shielded me from those who sought to exploit it without reciprocating care or responsibility just like many in our present-day Nigeria.

Ilorin is more than just a geographical location; it is a sanctuary where my spirituality was not only honored but also strengthened with engineering skills and the illuminating wisdom of the Qur’an. It is here that I met true scholars Confirmed and Real ALFAS, not mere ALUFA.

They taught me the difference between an ALFA and an ALUFA, a Sheikh and a Sheige.

This city empowered me with the courage to speak the Word of Allah without fear. It deepened my understanding of Ismullah-liasom and expanded my knowledge of Islam. 

In Ilorin, I became "Mokawe Mokewu"  a unique identity that distinguishes me from others.

Honoring the Role of ALFAS in Society

Ilorin is home to great scholars, and I refuse to hear any ill words spoken against the city or it's revered ALFAS. Those who misuse the city’s name for personal cover-ups will be exposed just as Allah exposed Abdul Shaitan (Rahmoh accused murderer of Hafusat), all of  them will also be exposed soon bijahi Sheikh Alim, Sheikh Adam, and Sheikh Kalamdeen Al-Adaby (RTA).

Allah will blessed me with all I need, and in turn, I will commites to supporting the ALFAS who shaped my life and society. It is the responsibility of every student and member of society to give back to their scholars not just in words but in action.

SECRETS OF DIVINE  LOVE

Many claim that ALFAS do not have a job, but the truth is this: I am their job, and society is their work. Their role is to guide, teach, and pray for us. Even if the government has yet to recognize their significance at the state and federal levels, I pray for the wealth to compensate my ALFAS for the knowledge and prayers they have given me.

Let us stop undermining the value of ALFAS. Their work is essential, and recognizing it is one of the many challenges we must address in Nigeria.
